Nigeria is aggressively fighting desertification through its assault on the Typha infestations in its wetlands. Typha is a dessication machine. Efforts are being made both from the top down and the bottom up. Hooray! But the profit that could finance these and other efforts is not being collected. Typha biomass is an excellent ethanol feedstock, and can also be pyrolyzed into “green charcoal” for more traditional usage. When grown in clean water, it is also an excellent food crop. Nigerians are already putting in the labor to fight desertification. Collect the profit, and learn to make this resilient and recurrent nuisance into a resource.

Somalia with out government since 1991 is hard to solve a new proplem like piracy.I am somali and iam sure there are a lot of facts which is not understood befor and that is why everybody is failing in somali proplems.
The sea coast of somalia is too long and the pirate ownes a lot of boats and a long sea to access.
The warships will be too hard for them to find them and every time the pirates will find a ship to siez.It is there for needed to find accurate intellegce reports from the ground to lead the warships to the target.
